We had a lovely stay at a charming countryside hotel. the grounds were breathtakingly beautiful, with vibrant bluebells and enchanting scenery. Our room had a cozy, traditional feel, and it was impeccably clean. the staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable bar area. our experience at this affordable luxury retreat was a true delight.

The Bartle Hall Hotel was excellent value the room was perfect for me the staff were very helpful pleasent nothing was to much trouble and the rate for my room was excellent value I would definately recomend it and would book again

Character of old country house set within relaxing grounds - family room was spacious and hotel its self was a pleasant change from the normal "travel inn" experience !!!

Excellent, value, comfortable stay, food was excellent

We had a very pleasant stay at a hotel just outside of Preston. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The highlight was the delicious cooked breakfast included in our rate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds were beautiful and made for a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The Duty Manager on the evening of 25 March did not impress.

The hotel grounds were beautiful with plenty of free parking available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The executive room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that had both a bath and a shower. The traditional country house decor added to the ambiance.

The food options and quality did not match the descriptions on the website. It was also necessary to have a car to get around, as the hotel was not conveniently located near public transportation.

Everything was perfect, from the staff to the overall stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It exceeded our expectations, certainly good value for money.
